I got this problem from this this tutorial too.

I fix it by changing
LIBS += -LC:\\OpenCV-3.0.0\\mybuild\\lib\\Debug \
to
LIBS += -LC:\\OpenCV-3.0.0\\mybuild\\bin\\Debug \
