[Request] Kernel compiling Guide for Devices that use bazel in kernel source

Dear Xiaomi Maintainers,

I hope you’re guys are doing well. First, I want to thank you for your dedicated work in maintaining the kernel source. Your efforts are greatly appreciated by the community.

I am writing to suggest an update to the Kernel Compiling Guide on wiki (or README). As the source code for newer Xiaomi kernels has transitioned toward using the Bazel build system, many users and developers are finding the traditional make instructions no longer applicable.
Please update the compilation guide to reflect the current Bazel-based workflow. Providing clear instructions on the new build commands and environment requirements is essential for the community to properly utilize and contribute to this project.
