Add soft delete support for property listings

Support soft deleting property listings for restore/hide behavior.

Acceptance Criteria:
- Property schema includes soft-delete indicators.
- Delete endpoints mark listings deleted instead of removing them.
- Search excludes soft-deleted listings by default.
- Tests verify soft delete and restore behavior.
