[Suggestion] Allow executing swarm commands without sending them to chat

Describe the feature

Currently, swarm commands are always sent through chat. This can be noisy since you probably know what you typed on the host.

It would be useful if swarm commands could be executed without being logged. This would allow cleaner chat for users who don't really need the security benefits, even with noisy external tools acting as a swarm host

UI-Wise probably best done as a checkbox, maybe a warning dialog since it's effectively full RC, and this would make it silent, too. And probably shouldn't be changeable over swarm exec

This is already possible via Better Chat regex filters, and honestly we don't need to make Swarm any less secure than it already is.

In fact, I would counter that Swarm needs an immutable status indicator of sorts precisely due to the security implications of being able to hide logging on the worker's side as described above. Framing the existence of activity logging as a "security benefit" seems disingenuous to me, and I would again counter that the lack of any immutable status indicator or logging is instead a significant flaw in the security of the system.

I can understand the desire to keep chat from becoming cluttered (though this need seems increasingly dubious in the context of a Swarm worker...), which is why my suggestion would be a hardcoded and always visible status indicator of sorts, that makes it abundantly clear at all times that Swarm is both enabled and connected.
