Problem: The ForecastChoiceOption component renders two table rows per subquestion:

• A desktop row (line 306, hidden sm:table-cell) that includes both the slider and the menu
• A mobile row (line 313, sm:hidden) that only included the slider — the menu was missing

Fix: Wrapped the mobile row's slider content in a flex container and added the menu to the right of the slider, matching the desktop layout:
