Use of older JCSDA container image

Since the release of the latest image of the JCSDA container there have been problems leading to a CI failure, see #234. When the previous image (skylab-v8) is used, the problem disappear. The latest image should be reinstated when this problem is solved.

I don't think so. I believe I should have closed this issue after the merge of #234. I will close it now
