Modification to the main landing page

New menu bar, and extra Link in the sidecar.

May I suggest on your main landing page, a top bar that says setting and all the provinces?...

So when people find your website, the first thing they can see is the settings by region tabs.

Also, when you click the three line menu for the sidebar, a link to the forum would be nice.
