When will you release Noto Sans Garay, Noto Sans Tulu Tigalari and Noto Sans Kirat Rai?

You have created Noto Ol Onal and Gurung Khema in the Noto repository but it is not released in Google Fonts. How about Noto Sans Garay, Noto Sans Tulu Tigalari and Noto Sans Kirat Rai?
