[TASK] Create LAMP package for imger #34
Description
Task: create an img-lamp package along the lines of revs-lamp, which sets up a working imger in one go using default components.
As part of this task, convert img-web to using apache instead of lighttpd, for consistency with OBS 2.3 (which made the same switch).
