After the first init with a products ids list, there is no way to add ids of new products

Why would you need one? I can add it if you want it.

Please do, because in my app I show a list of items from my server which is in a folder structured navigation. Each item has apple store product identifier and for all these items I fetch their price using your API. When the user selects an item I fetch another list of items with different product identifiers for which I need also to fetch the price. Thanks.
