Start the progress bar color at the top center and fill down to the right

Hi, is it possible to have the progress bar color start at the top center and fill down to the right instead what is shown in the screenshot below?

Also, is it possible to remove the small circle that appears in the progress bar ring as can be seen below?

I would really appreciate any input. Thank you!
