Clear profile picture button doesn't work

Describe the bug
Trying to clear your guild profile picture does nothing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any guild
2. Click edit guild profile
3. Click on clear for the profile picture field and save
4. Does nothing
