[Bug/Mobile] friends tab filters broken

Describe the bug
The filters on friends page (Online, All, Blocked, Requests) is broken when the screen is too narrow. It become impossible to click on other filter than online on mobile.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open friend list on mobile
2. Try to filter by blocked or other
3. See problem

Expected behavior
Filters should be accessible with any screen width.
Maybe they could be integrated in a drop down menu or moved below the title bar.
