Discussion tab in github

It would be nice, if the discussion tab could be activated in this github project. Sometimes someone just want to ask a question, which is not an issue.

Me too. I will try to set it up. While I maintain this project (the best I can), I don't own the repo. Maybe I do have permissions but I want to learn how to maintain it once it starts.
