Card Stack: Tick all tags by default

Current: When a card stack loads, all cards in the stack are shown while all tags are shown 'unticked'

Suggested: It is more natural for all tags to be ticked by default so that it matches with the fact that all cards are shown. Together with this, we can also provide a separate All tags [ ] feature that can be used to tick/untick all tags in one click.
