Use 1.x api for testing

I've set the routes for the new database. Please move the used routes to test:

• inventory/datasets ---> datasets/inventory (https://api.mol.org/1.x/datasets/inventory)
• inventory/maps ---> datasets/maps (https://api.mol.org/1.x/datasets/maps)
• inventory/bbox ---> datasets/bbox (https://api.mol.org/1.x/datasets/bbox)

It should be able to map some datasets, mostly butterflies as of today. Let me know if it doesn't work or if more config is needed in the Carto instance.
