MapWinGis.ocx fail to registered in Visual studio 2022

Describe the bug
Failed to register MapWinGis.ocx on my visual studio 2022 Window Application.NET,
I downloaded the latest release 32bit version

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open new window application form
2. Right click on tools to add com
3. Couldn't find Mapcontrol
4. Browse to C:/dev/MapWinGis
5. Chooose MapWinGis.OCX
6. Error "Failed to Register"
7. Open cmd and cd to MapWinGis folder and run "regsvr32 MapWinGis"
8. Tried adding COM again, same error
9. Try changing Build to Any CPU. Same error too.

I'm running a window 10 Home Pro version.. MapWinGis is the latest version too, visual studio is 2022 version.

I have the same issue with VS2022

Does any one can help? The WinOS cannot register the OCX... What is wrong?
