How EXACTLY Do I open Track Studio?

On the official Track Studio doc (the setup page), it shows us all the requirements to download Track Studio, but not how EXACTLY I open Track Studio. I feel like the instructions on the doc are not very clear. In the setup, it tells us to install the latest build of .NET 8.0 SDK, but then in the Track Tutorial, it tells us that installing Track studio requires net 5.0. What is that supposed to mean?

Also, I have everything installed, but it keeps giving me this message:

Also, what happened to the links on the Doc? Why were they removed?

I've done some looking, and net 5.0 is used for older versions, and they switched to net 8.0 in more recent versions, I guess the docs haven't been updated there. As for the "Windows protected your PC", just click run anyway, it does that with a lot of things, it doesn't actually mean it has a virus.
