Many different bugs, unsure if its isolated or common

I've used track studio before and I think its great. However for some reason. I have encountered many bugs since installing on my new computer. I can't import any FBX files otherwise the app crashes. I import a DAE file and for some reason instead of having the basic textures like basic_alb, basic_nrm, etc, it tries to load textures from sunshine airport and I have no idea why. Any help?

Also, any time I try to create a KCL file, it crashes regardless of file format (FBX or DAE)

FBX doesn't often work as it only supports older fbx versions modern tools don't support anymore. For KCL, make sure the model is triangulated and has materials assigned to each mesh, can also use .obj for kcl.
