Disabling UI elements and saving project, only partially reproduced when loading project

When disabling UI elements of the scatterplot and saving the project it should keep those settings disabled when loading up the project again. Right now, some only a few settings seem to keep being disabled, but most are enabled again.

Turns out it ís a scatterplot plugin issue after all, so moving it back...
