Styling the page - Time period filter

Basically:

• Take the existing slider from the testing page
• Add it to the bottom of the MapSection
• Make it 100% width
• Make sure when all rhythms in a rhythm code are filtered out then there won't be a rhythm dot

That's good enough for us at this stage
