[Bug] Weather: Met Office DataPoint will be retired on 1 December 2025

We have already another metoffice provider ukmetofficedatahub.js which is not affected (AFAIS).

So we should remove weather provider ukmetoffice.js after it doesn't work anymore, probably with Jan release.

Yeh. EnvCanada provider is broken hard now too. Looks like rewrite.
