Elf soldier quest system is not working

Issue: When talking to the Elf Soldier NPC (ID 257), using a high level character (test300 account) the quest dialog window displays incorrect quest names and becomes unresponsive when attempting to interact with quest options.

It may be a client issue of the MuMain project. Does the quest dialog work with the original season 6 client?

I tested a little more. There is a bug with client and server too.
On the original season 6 client it works for characters that have quests available. If the character is high level (for example using the account test300) the quest list shows up like in the image, multiple invalid quests, in both clients.
