[GUI] Windows DPI Scaling

I use 200% scaling in windows 11 and the dialogs have the text cut off see screenshot if I use compatibility settings and override the dpi scaling it fixes this seems to be high dpi scaling support is not there for the GUI.

That's weird - it seems to work fine on Windows 10. I wonder what the difference is?

EDIT: Oh yeah, you said you used the High DPI override in Compatibility. There may be some things that mode may not scale, like label widths, since that is taken from other settings. Does this happen in Windows's regular scaling modes?

This may come down to what version of Java you are running - what version of Java does the "About Java" dialog give you?

you can right click on the exe or the shortcuts in windows and manually set the DPI to "system", there are other options you can try as well to make it look best... but the end result is that doomtools and related UI tools will properly scale with win11.
