Bug Description

During the onboarding flow for configuring a workspace’s LLM settings, the first step (“Add LLM Provider”) appears collapsed by default.
This creates confusion for users because.
The user must manually expand the step before they can continue, which introduces unnecessary friction for first-time setup.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new workspace in the application.
  2. Complete the initial workspace setup until redirected to the LLM Configuration onboarding flow.
  3. Observe the first step, “Add LLM Provider”.
  4. Notice that the step is collapsed, hiding its content.

Expected Behavior

The first step in the LLM configuration process (“Add LLM Provider”) should be expanded by default so that users immediately see what they need to do next.

Actual Behavior

The “Add LLM Provider” section is collapsed when the user enters the configuration screen right after workspace creation.
