automatic deployment PyPi workflow fails #153
Description
On tagging, testpypi should be built and uploaded but it failed: https://github.com/MDAnalysis/GridDataFormats/actions/runs/21073772052/job/60610195968
Error message
docker: invalid reference format: repository name (MDAnalysis/pypi-deployment) must be lowercase
IIRC, there are issues with the action and we haven't done a GDF release in ages so it's likely we need to update something here.
