Stability Matrix even clean install will no longer work

What happened?

Hello,

I have been using the latest version of Stability Matrix version 2.15.6. (on Windows 11). All of the sudden I was having problems with ComfyUI as the backend processing (forgive me, I am a newbie). Slowly it started to get worse. It crashed. So I uninstalled ComfyUI and now for the LIFE OF ME I cannot get past the following error. I even installed a brand new portable version of Stability Matrix, different directory, and still receive the error message below. I even tried it on a separate computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
