Waiting period between two posts

Sorry for the late reply. This extension was primarily developed for phpBB.de, and such an extreme wait time wasn't required there.

I might offer a choice between minutes and hours, and maybe days, so you don't have to enter such extreme values. But other projects have priority at the moment, one of which is an update to another extension that I've been working on since December 2024.
