UnifiedPush endpoints are not deleted

Describe the bug

After deleting an account from Moshidon the endpoint is not being removed from ntfy

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add an account to Moshidon
2. Configure UnifiedPush
3. Remove the account
4. The endpoint is still listed in ntfy

Does this happen in the official app?

Not applicable, the official app does not have UnifiedPush support

Version

Moshidon version: 2.3.0+fork.110.moshinda
ntfy version: ntfy 1.16.0 (fdroid)

Additional Information

I could of course manually delete the endpoint. But I have multiple accounts configured and I have no way of knowing which endpoint belongs to which account.

I just noticed that disabling UnifiedPush removes all endpoints belonging to still configured accounts. The remaining endpoint belongs to the removed account. It can now be deleted from ntfy. After re-enabling UnifiedPush in Moshidon the other endpoints reappear.

That's a very nice observation. Once I get into the unifiedPush section of the rewrite, I will remember to do this as well
