Custom Image Management

This will allow people to add their own icons to the wallpaper generator, which is quite controversial since we're calling it "github wallpaper" rather than "generic wallpaper generator". But hey, progress is progress.

Actually it came up to my mind a cool idea about custom image loading through a button and stored to indexedDB...
maybe i should investigate further...

Since IndexedDB is shared on the domain and not per page, we can deliver an external page used to manage image inside the indexed db.
