Make commits last month and last year more accurate

I want to see how many I commited in the last month (30 days) and the last year (365 days). The stats only give's me since the 1st day of this month for the monthly contributions and since January 1st of this year for the yearly contributions.

This is used to prevent sudden drops in last month and last year commit count stats.

Hey @lulunac27a, thanks for this I might start looking into it this week. But a highly suggest if you got a time to also check our source code that's responsible with the time that would be a big contribution and help! Let me know if you have anything in mind 👍
