npm run start fails

Getting 

```
./node_modules/react-redux/es/components/connectAdvanced.js
Module not found: Can't resolve '@babel/runtime/helpers/esm/assertThisInitialized' in '/home/drd/Documents/Repositories/loopr/node_modules/react-redux/es/components'
```
Tried installing the `react-redux` package but that didn't seem to do anything.
