How to stay in the form page when there are errors

In the New entity create page, there are only two buttons by default "Back" and "Save and Close". If I submit the form without filling the data or partially filing the data and click on "Save and Close", it always redirect to the grid page and the error is not shown. 

When there are errors in the form, it should stay in the form page itself and show the errors.
