Description

We can build bottles via brew install --build-bottle <formula>, then use brew bottle <formula> to bottle it.

Need to determine how to update the formula spec files with info from each matrix/bottle build.

The majority of the work will probably need to be done in homebrew-release-action with some updates to CI in Sunshine.
