Log is truncated at some initialization point, impossible to troubleshoot crashing

Describe the Bug

I connect with moonlight to desktop app, as soon as hit enter on password login I am disconnected and sunshine appears to restart. Logs are nowhere to be found and a new log is started. Windows service is not set to restart on failure.

Expected Behavior

Perhaps keep 1 log in history, rename it with current date/time?

Correct, we only keep 1 log file. Recommended to troubleshoot without automatic service restart.

How is that done? As I said, automatic service restart is not selected in windows services. All 3 failure options are set to "Take No Action".
