[PXE] Implement credential file handling

Clients does support credential handling.

• The Client reports in the request packet its available types of credentials such like MD5 etc.
• The Server sends a credential file in the ACK Packet as bootfile back to the client with the choosen
  Types. The authentication is handled by the NBP.
