[1.0.3] Exclusion list appears to not work

Hi there,

I Just installed FastLogBlock onto my server, during testing we noticed that blocks under "ignoreBlockNamesRegExp" are still logged, despite the fact that this appears to be a blacklist to specify blocks to not log. The item in there by default, <minecraft:tallgrass:*> also is still logged. 
Not sure if something I Am doing wrong, or a slight issue in the mod.
