Issue with CD Command Directory

On my mac I am unable to use the command directory (cd) function to access the exercise file and Hello.py folder. This is what I entered: cd Downloads/Ex_Files_Python_EssT/Exercise Files/.
I received the error: string not in pwd
I have the right folder name typed.

I am having the same issue. Also my directories are not matching up between Python and the computer so I can't really change directories.
