I am running the code with the provided example video but somehow after installing all dependencies I am ending up with the following error:

Hi, this looks like some errors happen in OpenCV, and then zero data is sent to FFT computation. I did not encounter this problem before. I think you can debug this part of the code and try to remove the errors of OpenCV. I think you can downgrade your OpenCV version (if my memory serves me right, I used opencv 2.x at the time of my research).
