Thanks for sharing a nice code. I'm interested on convert 3d binary image (e.g. voxel labeled in 0 and 1) to surface. See figure below (I noticed some papers shows dual contouring will preserved sharp features ):

I'm a student from the department of engineering. So do you have any idea/suggestion about how to read a 3D binary into your code and output the dump the vertex info?
