Add Data Source info to Input-Timeseries tab of Google Sheet

Fill in data source information in the Input-TimeSeries tab of the HSPF Modules & Variables Google Sheet

Let's do this by creating new columns and using the approach that @benjamincrary and I recently used for a different project. Ben, can you work with @McGrupp10 (Nick) and @derekschlea to get started on that.

Also, rather than setting up a new list of “DataSources&APIs”, let’s link to and build our master EnviroData Web-APIs & Sources List Google Sheet.
