BIG UPDATE: COMPLETE FAKE ANTIVIRUS/PUP/VPN OVERHALL

I will be deleting the entire Antivirus-Rogues directory in the repo and replacing it with 3 categories: PUPs, actual Rogues, and fake VPNs. The reason I am doing this is because I think I have OCD and I want to organize it better. Don't worry because all your favorite things will still be there. This whole process might take 5 hours, it might take 5 minutes. Idk. Anyways ya cya!
