Need to be able to read in a pre-aligned MSA
Describe the solution you'd like
Read in an MSA and be able to slice it column-wise and row-wise and access top level information as well as sequence names
Describe alternatives you've considered
Rust-bio has some alignment functionality but it looks like more aimed at carrying out the alignment - needs checking
