Rust-bio contains the ability to provide easy %GC with a simple command but what about the other interesting parameters

implement protein and gene sequence simple parsing to provide easy access to commonly used sequence features

Rust-bio has the ability to easily give the %GC content and PSSM so not to duplicate these

Mainly protein sequence parameters wanted, use the DNA and protein gene sequences from the SeqFeatures construct with getters to provide commonly required protein features and sequences

We want:
an amino acid count table - & hashmap to get the count of each specific amino acid by letter
the amino acid percent - get the percent of each specific amino acid by letter
molecular weight - of the whole predicted protein
aromaticity - whole protein
isoelectric point - whole protein
hydrophobicity - Kyte Doolittle
secondary structure traditional values likely covered by AlphaFold2

have implemented the molecular weight and hydrophobicity statistics in seqmetrics

have implemented seqmetrics for counting the amino acids and returning the result as a hashmap

added calculations for aromaticity via counting amino acid numbers and converting to percentage

write the pI isoelectric point
write a clearer aromaticity function
