When running SpliceLauncher with --TranscriptList and without --removeOther, an interactive question Do you want to remove other transcript ? [y/n] appears and stops the analysis, which is problematic when running SpliceLauncher in a non-interactive context (cloud, HPC...).
Is there a way to bypass that ?
