How to evaluate ImmunoStruct on an external independent dataset?

Hi authors, thanks for the great work and for releasing ImmunoStruct. I’d like to test it on an external independent dataset—could you share the recommended input format and the simplest inference/evaluation command or script for new data? Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our work. As we put in the TODO list on the Readme, we will be working on providing an end-to-end pipeline for running inference of ImmunoStruct on new data. We hope we can work on that after the ICML deadline by the end of this month.
