Error when importing DiffusionEMD #7
Description
I clone the gitrepo and wanted to run the swissroll example notebook.
It gives an error right at the beginning of the notebook when it tries to import from DiffusionEMD (see also attached screenshot):
ValueError: numpy.ndarray size changed, may indicate binary incompatibility. Expected 88 from C header, got 80 from PyObject
