Incorrect layer number (possibly due to Z lift?)

Hello,
Printing the attached gcode file leads to the PGCode showing wrong layer estimations 1884 layers vs 102).

I believe this is because of Z hop. One of my models have 350 layers and with Z hop enabled has ~27000 layers.
