Tag order is relevant

Linkace 2.3.0 doesn't preserve the order of tags inputted by the user when creating links. It automatically apply an alphabetic sort.

But tag order is relevant. When adding several tags, the first 3 added to a link might be the most relevant.
Preserving tag order allows to weight their relevance to a link and to keep only the most relevant tags when processing the rss feed in automated workflows.
