Case differences in bigram import #209
Description
There are a few words that are different depending on whether they are capitalized or not (e.g., bill, china, polish, jack, turkey). It looks like our current bigram import code chooses the first word returned by the dictionary lookup, regardless of the case of the word being looked up. It's a minor issue, but we should probably choose the one that matches case if it exists in the dictionary so that the bigram table captures the distinctions between these words.
